Privacy Policy – Razre Attendance

Razre Attendance is provided by SoftLoomer (“we”, “us”). This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Data We Collect

• Precise Location: Used only to verify attendance location during check-in/out. Stored securely in our Odoo backend.
• Photos: Selfie photo captured during check-in/out to prevent fraudulent attendance. Stored with the attendance record.
• User ID: Identifiers such as employee ID or email to authenticate and link attendance data to the correct user.
• Crash Data: Anonymous diagnostics to improve app stability. Not used for advertising or tracking.

How We Use the Data

• To provide and maintain app functionality (attendance logging, verification, audit trail).
• To improve app performance, prevent fraud, and enhance user experience.
• To ensure data accuracy and provide customer support when required.

What We Don’t Do

• We do not share user data with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not track users across other apps or websites.

Permissions

The app requests Camera and Location permissions only when needed for attendance actions. These permissions are never used in the background or for unrelated purposes.

Data Retention & Deletion

Attendance records are retained according to company policy and applicable law. Users may request correction or deletion of their personal data by contacting us.

Security

We implement encryption, secure connections, and access control measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access or disclosure.
